Hey! I’m Kai. 32 years old, from Norway but have lived in the UK for the past 10+ years. Working as a professional in the pharmaceutical industry. My current flatmate is moving out after coming to the end of her visa, so I’m looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in our Kentish Town flat.

**Available for move-in early September, for longer-term**

You’ll be getting a spacious, fully furnished double bedroom with:
- A queen-sized bed, wardrobe, dresser, and two bedside tables
- Your own private bathroom
- A juliette balcony with plenty of natural light and fresh air
- Kitchen fully equipped with a full-sized fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and an air fryer.

Location & Transport
- Located in a fantastic spot in Kentish Town (Camden Council, Tax Band E), surrounded by great cafés, pubs, restaurants, and green spaces.
- Northern Line & Thameslink: 5-min walk to Kentish Town Station or 8-min walk to Tufnell Park
- Overground: 15-min walk to Gospel Oak or Kentish Town West

About me
I work hybrid (in the office a couple of days a week and WFH for the rest). Outside of work, I’m into music gigs, film/cinema trips, gaming, bouldering (amateur level!), and exploring London.

As a flatmate, I’m easygoing, responsible, and keep things fairly tidy and organised. I like maintaining a relaxed, respectful home environment—happy to do our own thing and respect each other's space, but always up for casual socialising or grabbing a drink.
