Double bedroom available in a friendly flat in Kentish Town for 1 month 11 Sept -11 Oct!

THE FLAT:

The flat is in an ideal location, 5 mins walk from Kentish Town tube/railway station. There’s a generously sized living room and kitchen, and two bathrooms (one with a bath)! So you’ll only be sharing with one other person. We’re also a 15-minute walk from Kentish Town West overground. it’s super easy to get to central London, and takes no more than 5-10 minutes to walk to Kentish Town high street, which has lots of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and pubs. We’re about a 20-minute walk to Hampstead Heath where you can swim in the lido or ponds or the same distance to Camden Town and Regents Park.

The room is a double attic bedroom, top floor, and shares a small bathroom with the room next door. Great work from home set up by the window sunny in the morning and lovely light through the day. I can provide an empty wardrobe or clothes rack, possibly two drawers while I’m away (open to discuss!) there’s also plenty of storage space around the flat

THE FLATMATES:

You’ll be sharing with three female professionals in their late twenties/early thirties. One works in a bakery and often brings home delicious baked goods and bread, one works in food product design and one is a software engineer, so a mixture of working from home and full time out the house. It’s a friendly flat where everyone’s up for a chat and watching tv/films together but also busy with their own stuff going on and respects each other’s space. They like to keep the flat clean and tidy and alternate cleaning weeks between them with a rota to look after the communal spaces. They’re looking for someone who wants a similar vibe!

RENT/BILLS/DEPOSIT:

The rent is £840 for a month plus bills (including council tax, energy, water and Wifi) works out as about £100 more.
