Double Room in Kentish Town - Female Flatmate Only

My flatmate is moving out, so I’m looking for someone new to share my home with. The room is available as a sublet for a minimum of six months.

About the flat:

* Cosy two-bedroom flat, just one minute from Kentish Town Station and around 10 minutes from Hampstead Heath
* Tucked away from the high street, with Sainsbury’s, gyms, yoga studios and plenty of cafés nearby
* Fully furnished, medium-sized double room
* Rent: £1,150 per month, including all bills
* One month’s rent payable in advance
* Minimum sublet of six months
* The kitchen and bathroom are relatively small, but this has never caused any issues. The flat is comfortable and works well for two people

About me:

* I’m a 33-year-old woman from India and have lived in London for eight years
* I work in health equity and have a background in psychology, social justice and human rights
* I’m vegetarian, a non-smoker and a non-drinker
* I enjoy cooking, yoga, hiking, reading and visiting museums
* I work from the office Monday to Friday and am often out and about, so the flat is generally quiet
* I travel regularly for work, which means you’ll often have the flat to yourself

About you:

I’m looking for someone I can trust, particularly as I’m often away. Ideally, you are:

* Clean, responsible and considerate
* Trustworthy and respectful of our shared home
* A good communicator who takes equal responsibility for keeping the flat clean
* Someone who doesn’t work from home full-time, although occasional working from home is completely fine
* Someone I genuinely get along with and can hopefully build a meaningful friendship with, while still respecting each other’s privacy and independence
