The room
Bright, spacious couples room on the top floor. Comes fully furnished with a huge double wardrobe, bedside tables, a large set of drawers and a super comfy king-sized bed. It also includes your own bathroom with a large shower (not an ensuite but you’ll have exclusive use of it).

The house
Lovely 3-bed, 2 bath terrace house on a quiet cul-de-sac between Kentish Town and Chalk Farm. Open plan living and kitchen area. Fully furnished and also has a dishwasher, washing machine, drier and fridge/freezer. The private backyard is ideal for BBQs, sun soaking & summer hangs. I’ve lived here for 3 years and couldn’t recommend it more highly!

The flatmates
Serei and Holly are a kiwi couple and Phoebe is from Australia. They are all early to mid 30s, work in healthcare and have been in London several years. A friendly house with - you guessed it - a nice balance of doing your own thing and hanging out together.

The area
Walking distance to the canal, Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill and Regents Park, with plenty of top tier pubs and coffee spots close by. It has great transport links: 5 min walk to Kentish Town West (mildmay overground), 8 min walk to Chalk Farm (Northern Line Edgeware branch), 15 min walk to both Kentish Town station (Northern Line High Barnet branch/National Rail) and Gospel Oak (Suffragette overground).

Important details
- Rent is £1424.33 and deposit is £995.19. Bills are usually about £105 per month.
- Takeover date is 13th Sept (long term)
