- Keep the shared areas clean and tidy.
- Security. The main inner door should be double locked including the Chubb lock when leaving the property empty. If you are unsure if the property is empty, then secure the premises regardless and leave key inside door. Please ensure all other doors and windows are locked when property is empty or during the night.
- Noise. Be respectful at night. When coming home late, please be quiet on the staircase.
- Refuse. Recycling (green bin) and food waste (brown bin) goes out every Monday evening, with collection on Tuesday before 7am. General waste (black bin) every other Tuesday. Your assistance with this would be appreciated, especially if I am absent.
- Bills. These are included, but winter heating bills might need to be assessed according to usage. Please be mindful about turning off lights and heating if they are serving no purpose or benefit.
- Landlord will give 2 months’ notice of any additional charge, if there is any unforeseen change in utility costs, such as electricity or water bill increases.
- Rent. Monthly.
- Deposit is for default of rent or for damages to anything in the rented rooms, toilet, bathroom, outdoor space and other common parts.
- Lodger to provide own bed linen and towels unless requested.
