Summer let - Double room in gorgeous flatshare

Available mid-June, July and August (dates flexible). It can be for the whole period, or just part of it.

I have a lovely, large 3 bedroom Victorian flat in Kentish Town. It's a real home - clean, tidy and homey. It’s well-decorated, split over 2 and a half floors, has a big living room with dining table, a kitchen, 2 toilets, bathroom, garden room and south-facing roof terrace.

The available bedroom has a small double bed, drawers, lamps, plus two windows so is really bright and airy. I suggest it would especially suit someone here to study for the summer as you can walk to the universities in about 45 mins. I can put in a desk too. There’s good public transport with Northern Line, Mildmay overground and Thameslink all within 6 mins walk. I have bedding etc you can borrow if you need. (There is a 3rd bedroom is for the odd occasion family / friends come and stay for a night - previously lodgers have asked if their friends could rent for a few days too, which is fine.)

I’m friendly, clean and tidy, eco-aware and like to share the odd wine/cuppa/ night out with my lodgers, some of whom have become good friends. I’m a science teacher. You should be non-smoking, eco-friendly, respectful, clean, and friendly.

I have a cat called Alfie, who likes sitting on laps and eating my carefully tended plants. You’d need to be ok to feed him if I’m not home (he will miaow at you if you don't!) and water the plants if I'm away.

Kentish Town has some truly great pubs, restaurants and shops. The flat is only 6 minute walk to Kentish Town and Kentish Town West. 20 mins to Hampstead Heath and Regents Park (good running routes).
