Double room in friendly Kentish Town flat

We have a double room available in our lovely flat in Kentish Town - sadly I have to move out so my flatmates are looking for someone to take my place. The flat is on leafy Leighton Road, only 5 mins walk to Kentish Town tube station (Northern Line).

The room comes with a bed, wardrobe and a set of shelves. It’s pretty cozy but has a big window to let in lots of light and a big closet which you can fit a chest of drawers in.

The house is spread over three floors: a big lounge and separate kitchen (with washing machine and brand new dryer) on the bottom floor, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second, and two more bedrooms and another bathroom on the third. It feels really spacious and there are no queues for the shower in the morning :)

As well as the tube station being really close, there are three 24 hr buses (C2, 134 and 241), plus Camden Road station or Kentish Town West overground only 10 minutes walk away. Kentish Town is a great place to live, lots of cute pubs and restaurants, and well-located to get to the City or the west end. There’s no balcony or outdoor space, so it's probably best you’re a non-smoker.

You’d be living with three outgoing and fun professionals in their 20s. It’s a really social flat, just chilling in front of the TV, cooking together or going out, but they all have their own busy lives too. They’re looking for someone who’s friendly and easy-going and will treat the flat like a home.

Rent is £563. 33 per month, bills are around £70 per month (gas, council tax, water, internet, elec), depending on the season and the deposit is £720.
