Room in beautiful Kentish Town flat with Garden

Hi there!

We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our home in a beautiful building in Kentish Town!

The flat is in a beautifully converted old gated school, newly renovated complete with lifts, a helpful porter and lovely communal garden. The flat is on the second floor with a large open kitchen dining and living area, outdoor terrace, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. You will share the bathroom (toilet, basin, bath and shower) with one flatmate. Facilities in the flat include dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and fast wifi!

The outdoor terrace is a lovely addition with shelter from the rain. There are some lovely old widows that fill the modern flat with floods of light. The bedroom is a medium sized double fully furnished with a raised double bed with lots of storage space underneath, as well as wardrobe and shelves. The space is approximately 80 square foot.

The communal garden is a beautifully kept and quiet patioed space with a fountain, with more private nooks round the corner (great for yoga or work outs). We have sometimes projected films for communal movie nights out there, and our neighbours are a lovely bunch.

Flatmates:
I’m Alison (she/her), 30 years old and from Glasgow originally. I've been living in London for the past three years working as a data scientist. I’m a member of the LGBT community and vegetarian (cliché, I know). I like going to gigs, get fiercely competitive over Mario Kart and have a not so mild coffee addiction. I love climbing, so bonus points to any future climbing buddies!

I'm Ana (she/her/they/them), 34y Brazilian. I work as a data engineer at NHS. I love reading books, cooking and sharing food and have been going to the gym in the past year. I often go for walks and enjoy cycling.

We have a cat, Pascal (he’s French, obviously). He’s has a lot of energy and is so social he’s like a dog trapped in a cat’s body, so liking cats is a must!

There are bills of approximately £90 per month, which includes energy, internet and a cleaner that comes every two weeks..

That room will be free from August, ideally we are looking for someone to move in the first two weeks of the month. The landlord doesn't actually live here, but I can't change the ad.
