This quiet flat is fantastically located between Camden Town (5 minutes by bus) and Kentish Town (5 minutes by bus also).
Local area is a familiar environment and is also full of amenities, 24 hours shops, etc.
I am looking for a clean and tidy person who completely understand the meaning of the word coexistence and respects its meaning:
Which for example a person who leave his dirty staff in common areas of the flat.
I am extremely sorry but I do not accept it and if you feel that is not an offence against the rest of the tenants, this is not your flat.
Additionally (And not for that less important), all of us are extremely respectful during night times with sound (we are all workers),
Therefore If you are looking for a party house where you can put music at 05: 00 a. m I suggest you to check another add because none from here will accept it.
However if your perspective to live is to have a place where you do not have problems to rest in a positive environment where you can learn from all different cultures:

The flat is locatedat into Long Meadow Neighbour and it counts with 4 rooms, kitchen, small living room, separate toilet and shower:
It includes two fridges and two freezer, oven, microwave , wash machine, dry machine, central heating, etc.
The room it is available from 23th December and it has a double bed, a wardrobe, desk table and desk chair, it also has an extra storage for clothes or staff,
The price is £150 per week and £300 deposit.
Bills include: Internet broadband, gas, electricity and water.
