Cosy room in a lovely, high-ceiling, airy flat!

Hello!

Our lovely flatmate Floor is moving back to Holland so we are looking for a new flatmate to take over her room.

We live in a three bedroom flat 2 minutes walk from Kentish Town tube station, there is a Sainsbury's opposite the station, loads of pubs nearby and a 15 minute walk in to Camden with bus stops surrounding the flat. The room fits a double bed with a wardrobe comfortably but would say it is a cosy double sized bedroom. The flat itself has all the standard mod cons - washing machine/dryer, oven, microwave. The bills normally come to between 70 & 90 per month on top of the rent. Our landlord is pretty good, we don't really hear from him unless we need something fixing with the flat!

A bit about us, Danni(27, Australian female)and I (30, Italian male) have both been living and working in London for about 4-5 years now (and will also be looking for a professional to take the room), we like to chill out at home during the week but also often like to go to the pub on the weekend, so ideally would like someone who is up for hanging out together occasionally but does there own thing as well!

We have a cleaning roster so we each clean the flat once every three weeks and like to keep the flat generally tidy during the week, dishes done each night etc.

This place really is a steal, considering the price and location and as I said earlier we'll be looking for someone who has currently employment!
