A light and cosy bedroom with a (small) double bed in a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment in Kentish Town, London. The room looks out over a small garden and a quiet side street. The apartment is fully furnished and features a beautiful living Room/Kitchen with exposed brick , high ceiling and a marble top. There also is a small front garden.

The bills (water, gas, electricity, broadband) come to ca £72 a month.

You will be sharing the apartment with me (my room is at the other end of the flat), a PhD student at SOAS, University of London.

The neighbourhood is quite 'multicultural' with a vibrant market twice a week. We are also within walking distance of Camden Town, Primrose Hill and Hamstead Heath.

There are two tube stations in walking distance (Kentish Town, Chalk Farm) and a number of buses that will take you to the city centre in 15-30 minutes.
