Double room near Camden Town

Hi, a large double room has recently become available in our house share near Camden Town and we are looking for someone to move in as soon as possible.

The room is good sized, with lots of sunlight and it has a double bed, double wardrobe, 2 sets of drawers and lots of shelving.

The house has a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom which are all good sized for a 4 person house, and also a large garden and balcony.

The transport links are really good, being situated 5-10 mins walk from Chalk Farm and Kentish Town West overground, and 10 mins walk from Camden Town and Kentish Town. The 24 and 46 buses also stop right outside the house so ideal for night buses home!

At the moment there are 2 guys and 1 girl, and we're all friendly, and enjoy things like house BBQs, nights out, eating out, films and also relaxing in the living room after work. We're looking for a girl to keep the balance who is like minded and looking for a home rather than just a room.

Rent is £725 per month, refundable deposit is £925, and bills average at £75-£80 per month.
