Lovely good size double room in amazing duplex flat with garden, 5min from Kentish Town undergorund station and Kentish Town West overground station.

I am very sad to leave this wonderful flat and my super wonderful flatmates, Anneso and Sarah. I am moving in with my boyfriend hence why I am leaving.

A little bit about the flat:
It is a 3 bedroom flat to share with 2 professional women (1 English and 1 French), its part of an ex council building, that is very well maintained and has green all around, on a quiet tree lined street, just off the main road.
Its very spacious and luminous, with laminate wood floor and a cute garden, excellent for bbqs!
It feels more like a house since it has two levels: first floor has entrance hall, separate fitted kitchen, and bright living room that opens to the garden; second floor has the 3 bedrooms and nice partitioned bathroom with bathtub (good water pressure).
Parking is available in the premises around the building (you can get a resident permit very easily and for good value).

About the room:
Decent sized double bed room, with a built-in wardrobe and a built-in cupboard (so plenty of storage).
View from the window is lovely, lots of sunlight and trees. It is quiet as it overlooks garden and park area.
The only furniture staying in the room would be the bed. The rest I will probably take with me, but might be willing to sell some stuff if interested.

About the location:
Great location in zone 2, quiet residential area but very close to shops on main street.
* Transports: Tube Northern Line - Kentish Town: 5 min, Overground Kentish Town West: 5 min, Buses: C2, 134, 214, 393.
* Leisure: 4 min walk to amazing sports centre, 10 min to Camden Market, 15 min to Hampstead.
* Shops: Sainsbury's, Tesco, The Cooperative, Organic Shop etc.

Ideal flatmate:
A clean and somewhat tidy female(sorry guys) person (we have a cleaning rota). Someone who wants to stay long term, is easy going and likes a laugh.
