It is located just 5 mins from Kentish Town tube and thameslink and 10 mins from the overground (Kentish Town West or Gospel Oak). There are great pubs and restaurants nearby (Pizza East, The junction) and LA Fitness. Also 10 mins walk from Parliament Hill and 20 mins walk to Camden.
It's a lovely relaxing flat and it would be nice to live with people who are sociable and like the odd glass of vino or a house meal.
There is parking nearby you just have to buy a permit from the council. (About £100 per year)
Also my pictures don't really do the flat justice it's worth viewing (I've lived in loads of places in London and this place is by far the best...I don't want to leave!)
