The flat is spacious and has 2 bedrooms. There will only be 2 people living here so no waiting for the shower.
About a 10 minute walk to Kentish town, Kentish town West and 5 minutes to Gospel Oak.
Parking available if you apply for a permit from the council.
There is a small balcony overlooking the communal garden from the kitchen diner.
The kitchen has a good cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave and plenty of storage.
The bathroom is modern and has a good shower.
Security is good as on the first floor with intercom access.
The nightlife is excellent around here with Camden on the doorstep or if you prefer a relaxing day the heath is 5 minutes walk away.
