There will be one big room available in a lovely flat in Kentish Town (NW5 4RG) from the end of August. The flat is located in a perfect position:
-only 5 minutes walk to Queen’s Crescent market (where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables);
- 4/5 mins walk to 24 and 134 bus stops which take you directly to central London and University of London main buildings;
- 6 mins walk to the overground station and Kentish Town tube station;
- 6 mins walk to Kentish Town Road where you can find many supermarkets (Sainsbury’s, Tesco, the Co-operative) and other small shops;

The room is available now and needs to be filled as soon as possible! The room is only available for students.
The flat comes fully furnished and the rent is £175 pw. Bills are not included and are about £20/30 per month, but may be cheaper if we change our Internet provider.
