Large double room available in first floor 3 bed room flat. Separate living room, kitchen/dinning room, bathroom with bath and shower.

I'm looking for someone to take over my room for 6 weeks while I go away for work.

The room is fully furnished with a very comfortable king size bed, sofa, 2 wardrobes, chest of draws, dressing tables, and book case.

I love living here! The location is excellent, only a few minutes walk to the tube (northern line). There is a bus stop right outside, and the overground is about a 10min walk.

You can walk to Hampstead Heath in about 10 mins. Great local pubs like 'The Pineapple', and plenty of choice of restaurants or 'Sunday morning cafes' on the high street.

The flat is very laid back. My flatmates are very considerate and friendly and we all look out for each other. We normally have dinner at the same time and watch rubbish TV together.

The room would suit a working professional or a mature student.

To keep things nice and easy ALL bills are included in the rent.
