Description
New flatmate required because I am leaving to go live with my boyfriend in Brighton.
It's a great flat and I've really enjoyed living here, with 2 awesome flatmates. It's decent sized, with a narrow hall, good sized living room with table, 2 couches and sky, and a decent sized kitchen also with table. Separate bathroom and toilet. The bedroom is a medium size, with double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, storage unit and built in cupboard, so there's lots of storage if you're like me and have loads of stuff. There's also some extra storage in the hall you can use.
You would be living with 2 professional females, both really easy going and easy to live with. Generally we're all pretty busy and out a lot, but when we are in we enjoy trashy tv plus the odd glass of wine & dominos pizza. Sometimes we cook/bake too! Both are sociable, though as I said, both are quite busy.
The area is good because it's close to Kentish town tube and train station, Kentish Town West overground, plus loads of buses. Plus it's about a 15 minute walk to Camden and there are buses to everywhere from there. You're never stuck getting home on a night bus. Kentish Town is pretty lively, but not as mad as Camden, plus you've got Hampstead Heath nearby, and it's not too far to Primrose Hill/Regents Park.
Additional bills are CT (around £118 shared 3 ways per month), water (around £15 each per month), gas&elec (around £30 each per month) + sky/broadband (around £15 each per month)
The room is available from Sunday 9th November. Viewings are being held this Sunday 2nd November in the evening. Please only get in touch if you are available for a viewing this Sunday. After this you will need to meet the landlord to sign the contract, but she's really nice and this doesn't take long. She will also need references and a deposit from you.
Get in touch if you have any questions. I will get back to you as soon as I can, but will mainly be at work, so apologies if it takes some time for me to respond. I definitely will at some point.
Looking forward to hearing from you!
