Big Sunny Double in Cosy Camden House

We are looking for a friendly, reliable lodger for our lovely big spare room.

My cousin & I share a 3 bedroomed house and ideally would like to let out our spare room on a Monday -Friday basis fr the next 3 months.

Our house is on a tiny square of 30 houses and surprisingly quiet, given that we are moments away from more bars, pubs, restaurants and music venues than you could visit in a lifetime.

The house is on 3 floors and has little gardens front and back. It's got a decent kitchen with table and chairs and a lovely living room on the first floor. The bathroom isn't pretty but is clean and functional and has excellent water pressure and constant hot water. We also have a cleaning lady who comes once a week to do the communal areas so the house is always clean, warm and homely.

We are both in our 30s and live fairly quietly at home - party central it is not! Both happy to share a conversation, glass of wine or dinner with our lodger, but equally we will respect the privacy of someone who prefers to keep themselves to themselves.

The room is available from June 14th. All bills & household stuff included, as well as a weekly clean and linen change. We provide the sheets & towels.

Room for a bit of manoeuvre on the rent for the right person.
