Short term room available, Kentish Town/Camden

We are looking for a short term tenant for our spare room, preferably throughout winter.

You are not just renting a room, you will be welcomed as a housemate in our home - it will be yours alone for chunks of time, when my husband is away/with me in Amsterdam. The price reflects this fact, as you will pretty much have a 2 bed apartment to yourself :) I also have a cleaner included in the price as well as all bills.

We are looking for someone who will take care of the property. We have a fully equipped kitchen and with additional sofabed for guests in the lounge, with bedding and towels available.

The property is a cosy maisonette in a central location-great transport links and close to green spaces such as Hampstead a Heath and Primrose Hill/Regents Park. Camden is a short walk away. Unfortunately Kentish Town tube station is shut until end of the year, but the trains are still running. Otherwise you have all other stations / bus stop 5-15 mins walk away.

I have relocated for work, therefore looking for someone to rent my second double bedroom, whilst my husband is in the other room (and occasionally myself when I come back to London).

He is freelance and works in music. There is no fixed amount of time he’ll be around, depends on where his work is. At times he’ll be in Amsterdam, where I am based. I am rarely at the flat, maybe once a month on average.

We haven’t entirely relocated our belongings but there is plenty of space in the lounge, as well as tonnes of bedroom storage. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 2 ovens and lots of space.

The flat is a maisonette with an outside terrace. It's part of a Victorian conversion and there are no neighbours above, only below.

The property is quiet and has all mod cons. The price is all inclusive. We don't have Sky but do have Freesat on our 55 inch flatscreen tv. There are no pets at the property.

Price is per month (non negotiable) and includes:
All bills
Cleaner every two weeks

I would need a deposit and I also have a lodger agreement that we can fill in. No agency fees!
