Large double room in friendly Kentish Town flat

Hi! My partner and I are unfortunately vacating a large double room in the wonderful flat-share of Malden Road and are looking for replacement tenants.

It is a sizeable room with a double bed and fitted wardrobes with ample storage. The property is fantastically located for transport links to central London; bus 24 stops right outside the house and takes you into Euston/Tottenham Court Road in 20 minutes, Chalk Farm tube and Kentish Town West overground are only a 7 minute walk. It is a short walk away from the bars, shops and markets of Camden Town but is also an enjoyable 20min walk up to the beautiful and quiet Hampstead Heath.

There are currently three other tenants at the property, who are all young working professionals between 23 - 27 years old. It is a very international, friendly, liberal and relaxed house -- we enjoy making dinner, listening to music, having a drink and watching movies together but are also respectful of each other's privacy. There is no living room but the kitchen is large enough to hang out in, and we have one shared bathroom. This isn't a 'party' household although relaxed wine drinking til the early hours is not uncommon.

Potential flatmate(s) will preferably be a young professional between 22 - 28 years old, be a sociable and approachable person who will enjoy hanging out with their flatmates but also be mindful of everyone's need for the occasional peace and quiet, respectful to the house and cat and smoker friendly! Couples considered, but with an additional renting cost.
