Cute flat & large bedroom in Kentish Town, Camden

Hi there,

I am sad to be leaving my cute flat in Kentish Town on a leafy residential road, close to the popular bars and pubs in Kentish Town and the HMV forum. Also a 10 minute walk into Camden so great to go for walks by the river and to enjoy the nightlife of Camden! Also great transport links.. 2 stops from Euston, 3 from Kings Cross and less than half an hour into Shoreditch.

My flat mate you will be sharing with is Charlotte who works in fashion buying she likes going out for drinks and meals and shopping... also loves pugs and vintagey things!

The room is a big double (fits a sofa and lots of furniture in) and is furnished.. obviously my hippie things in the picture won't be left behind though!

There's no lounge which is why the rents cheaper but you can fit a sofa in both the bedrooms so we've always socialised by going into eachother's rooms.

Charlotte is hoping for someone of similar age with similar interests:)

(new tenant will need to swap deposits with the agency with me which was £830 and also the agency are charging a £145 admin fee for reference checks etc but at least with an agency you know that its going into the safe deposit scheme and won't get diddled by the landlord)
