WE HAVE A LOVELY CLEAN ROOM - OVERLOOKING GARDENS - WITH A DOUBLE BED AND A GOOD SIZE WORK AREA.
THE ROOM HAS INTERIOR WALL INSULATION AND LARGE DOUBLE GLAZED WINDOWS. THIS MAKES THE ROOM VERY WARM IN WINTER.

THE ROOM IS ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF A VICTORIAN TERRACE PROPERTY. IT SHARES THE BATHROOM ON THE SAME FLOOR (ONE FEMALE SHARES). THE KITCHEN IS ALSO ON THE SAME FLOOR (2 FEMALES & 1 MALE SHARE).

THERE IS NO LIVING ROOM - HOWEVER THERE IS A LARGE ROOF TERRACE WITH A SMALL GARDEN ABOVE THE ROOM – OVER 20 SQUARE METRES OF SPACE – WITH EASY ACCESS FOR YOU FROM THE HALLWAY OUTSIDE THE DOUBLE ROOM (SEE PICTURE)
YOU CAN GROW YOUR OWN VEGETABLES OR PRACTICE YOGA.
GREAT VIEWS OVER LONDON AND FULL SUNSET VIEWS, TOO.

THE LANDLORD IS GERMAN AND LIVES IN A FLAT DOWNSTAIRS
HE IS AN 'ACCREDITED LANDLORD', A MEMBER OF THE NATIONAL RESIDENT LANDLORD ASSOCIATION (N. R. L. A. MEMBERSHIP # 11819) & LICENSED BY CAMDEN COUNCIL.
HE IS PASSIONATE ABOUT HIS HOME - see pictures - AND HE CAN FIX MOST THINGS.

-THIS IS A FRIENDLY & SAFE HOME FOR EVERYONE WHO LIVES HERE

- THE STREETS AROUND US FEEL SAFE AND ARE WELL LIT AT NIGHT – THERE IS A NIGHT BUS STOP (29 BUS) JUST 2 MINUTES WALK FROM THE HOUSE (THROUGH PANDIAN WAY)

WE HAVE A SECURE BIKE SHED IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE AND YOU CAN HAVE YOUR OWN KEY (SEE PICTURE)
