Friendly Girls House in Belsize Park

We have a lovely large double room available at our house share in North London.

We are a house of four girls and looking to keep it this way as it works really well (sorry boys!) You will be living with Hayley, Jenna and Naomi we would say we are a friendly and welcoming bunch of girls who are looking for someone to make the place a ‘home’ and join in with the occasional night out/movie night and dinner etc. We are all clean and tidy and like to look after the place so looking for someone like-minded and considerate.

The room is within a three floor flat in a Georgian Terrace on a lovely road in Chalk Farm/Belsize Park. There is a kitchen/living room with all the appliances, nicely fitted bathroom and a garden. The room it’s self looks over the garden and has a lovely view of London’s skyline.

The location is great! 8 min walk from Chalk Farm / Belsize Park (Northern Line) and Kentish Town West / Gospel Oak (Overground) with buses (46 and 24) and 24hr bus into central at the end of the road. There is a local foodie market nearby and NISA shop, as well as a big Morrison’s 10min walk away. A short walk to Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and Camden – there is always a lot going on!

The rent is £680 per month, deposit is £850 and we would require a £200 deposit to secure the room. Bills usually come in at just under £90 per month to include broadband, gas, electric, council tax and water. The room comes with a bed and mattress which is supplied by the landlord.
