I am only leaving because I am ready to move in with my girlfriend. Have lived there for 7 happy months. 2 of the housemates have been at the house for 5 years!

The main selling point for me is the location. It's 10/15 mins on foot to Camden, Hampstead, Kentish Town, Primrose Hill. I've really seen a good spread of London from this place :)

I have a short window to get out the house, and am looking to arrange someone to move in straight after I ove out on Saturday 20th, and to be able to pay the £800 deposit and 1 weeks rent (as I have already paid until the end of the month and owe my new landlord 1 weeks rent for the same period).
