Double room in lovely 3 bed flat in Kentish town

Our lovely three bed flat needs a new housemate. We are two professionals in our early thirties and we're ideally searching for a clean, respectful male/female who has their own social life but is happy to hang out from time to time and help make the house a home.

The flat is split level, with two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet on the ground floor, and a living room/dining room and kitchen and third bedroom with en-suite downstairs. It's a nice quirky layout which we like. We also have double doors leading out to our own private patio garden, with a pretty mean double gas barbecue for summer get togethers!

Both Tufnell Park and Kentish Town tube stations are only five mins walk away. The overground from Gospel Oak is ten mins walk away and takes you to East London in 15 minutes. The overground at Kentish Town also goes to Luton and Brighton.

We are five minutes walk from a huge selection of bars and restaurants with the Junction Tavern 30 seconds away and the infamous toilet bar(!) at the bottom of our street. We're also a ten minute walk to the Heath for summer lazing.

The building has good security, with two front doors and our flat also has an entry system to buzz people in if you're feeling lazy!

The room costs £720 per month, with bills being £120 and comes furnished (although not with all of the current furniture photographed) and is 2m 65 x 3m 55. You will be sharing a bathroom with only one other flatmate, so no queues in the morning!
We have all mod cons in the kitchen/living room including a broadband, flatscreen, dishwasher, washing machine.
