Hi! We are two friends looking for a new flatmate. The flat is in a beautiful Art Deco building which is a 30 second walk from Hampstead Heath/Parliament Hill fields. Within easy reach of Highgate, Kentish Town, Tufnell Park. Nearest stations Gospel Oak and Tufnell P.

We are looking for someone in employment (or a couple) who wants a social flat but not 24h partying.

The room available is a very spacious double as you can see from the floorplan. The flat has parquet floors, a balcony, lovely big windows, was renovated with new kitchen and bathroom fittings in 2018.

We're looking for people who strike the balance of being neat and tidy but not too horrified by the occasional unwashed breakfast bowl. :)

We're into music, cinema, swimming at the heath and mostly food.
