Double Room, in Social & Friendly Flat

We have a lovely double room available at our house share in North London, on the border of Gospel Oak, Hampstead Heath and Kentish Town. Move in date asap.

We are currently a house of two girls, in our early thirties with professional careers, who enjoy the social life of London. You will be living with Naomi. We are a friendly and welcoming bunch of girls who are looking for someone to make the place a ‘home’ and join in with the occasional night out/movie night, dinner/gig, run/swimming on the Heath etc. We are clean and tidy and like to look after the place so looking for someone like-minded and considerate.

The room is within a 3 floor flat in a Georgian Terrace on a lovely road in opposite Hampstead Heath. There is a kitchen with all the appliances, a spacious living/dining room and nicely fitted bathroom. The room itself is at the top of the house and has a double bed and wardrobe with room for a small desk space.

The location is great! It is a couple mins from Gospel Oak (Overground) and 10 min walk from Belsize Park/ Kentish Town (Northern Line) with quite a few buses (46 and 24) and 24hr bus into central at the end of the road. There are a lot of choices for food nearby, with Hampstead Heath shops and a large Marks a few mins walk away, a nice organic foodie market at the end of the road and then Kentish Town High st nearby. A short walk to Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath and Camden – there is always a lot going on!

The rent is £850 per month, deposit is £850 and would require part of this (£200 deposit) to secure the room and the balance paid when moved in. Bills usually come in at £150 per month to include broadband, gas, electric, council tax and water. The room comes with a wardrobe, bed and mattress.
