Double Room in Peaceful Vegetarian Flat – NW5

Looking for a vegetarian or vegan flatmate to share with me (preferably female)

Must be clean and tidy and there is a no shoes policy in the flat.

The flat is spacious, bright, quiet and only one minute walk from Kentish Town tube station.

Large furnished double room to let with high ceilings. Furniture: all brand new - double bed, chest of drawers, desk, clothes rail and plenty of shelving.

The flat is split level (so a lot of privacy) with a newly renovated cloakroom for your use only with a brand new toilet and sink.

There is a large eat in kitchen with high ceilings.
All mod cons.: washing machine, microwave, shower, fibre broadband.

Must be clean, tidy,, quiet and considerate, or this won’t work 😆.
This is NOT a party house. Its a safe and peaceful homely environment.

I am looking for a vegetarian or vegan flatmate only - at least at home!!

Prefer someone that doesn’t WFH full time.

About me:: I have a busy life so we might not see much of each other… I practice yoga daily and spirituality is a big part of my life. I love vintage (60's) clothes, music and walks in the park, cute cafes, markets, travel. I am very quiet and not a fan of big crowds but like chatting with people one to one. I am trying to work less and live more.

It would be nice to say hello and have a chat and a catch up now and then rather than be complete strangers. I like a peaceful clean environment. Please only respond if you fit these requirements. Being clean and tidy is essential.

All bills are inclusive except the winter energy bills that we will share according to usage.

The flat couldn't be any closer to amenities - fruit and veg stand on the corner of the road, cafes, health food shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, takeaways, bars, post office, chemist, banks are all within minutes of the property. There are plenty of green spaces within walking distance (Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath, Regents Park) as well as the canal. and Camden market.

Transport Links:

Kentish Town tube station also has a rail service connecting directly to Luton Airport, West Hampstead, and South London etc.

The transport links are fantastic with 24 hour bus routes to Tottenham Court Road, Oxford Circus, Victoria, Old Street, etc

Kentish Town West is only a five minute walk for the London Overground.

Camden is only a 15 minute walk away. Parliament Hill, Hampstead Heath, Primrose Hill, Camden Lock, Regents Park are all within walking distance too.
