I'm looking for a flatmate to rent out the second bedroom of this lovely, two bed flat in Kidbrooke Village.
It's definitely not as bustling as Dalston or Shoreditch here but there's an absolute abundance of open green space here that makes it a really special little corner of London.
The flat is on the 6th floor, so it's light, with gorgeous views. It's high spec and has all the mod-cons such as underfloor heating, and you'll have your own bathroom.
The balcony, is a lovely sun trap, sheltered from the weather, and a great place to sit and enjoy your meals.
There's also 24 hr concierge, an onsite gym, and swimming pool. There are also communal meeting spaces and a cinema room - all included!!
The bedroom has a Juliette Balcony, bedside table, chest of drawers, and ample storage under the ottoman bed. There's also additional built in storage (incl. wardrobe) in the corridor.
There's secure bike storage. On road parking is available down the road, or secure garage parking underground for a small additional cost.
Being so close to the station, links into central are good (London Bridge - 16 mins, also direct trains to Waterloo, Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Victoria), and Blackheath & Greenwich Park are walking distance.
Our landlord, Jimmy is great, and if something needs fixing, he's been very quick to sort it.
Our neighbours down the hall have an adorable dog (Samoyed) who loves to be taken on walks, which is a lovely added bonus 🐕
About me:
I'm originally from Yorkshire but I've been in London since 2013. I work in the City and from home quite often. I love the outdoors - rock climbing, skiing, mountains, long distance cycling, swimming etc etc, and I got my paragliding license last year! I love sharing my passions with others so I'd be happy to share these with my housemate too. I also like music, philosophy and psychology. I'm a really friendly and considerate person.
I'm looking for someone equally as easy-going, who's after a chilled out, very clean, and comfy place to live!
