Self-contained single occupancy annex available from 2rd February 2025.

The annex is available either as a Monday to Friday rental (£700 per month – cleaned at the weekend) OR 7 days a week (£800 per month – cleaning not included).

Self-contained annex to the side of our semi-detached family house with own entrance, suitable for a single non-smoking professional who will be going into their workplace during the day, we are not set up for someone who requires a work from home space.

We are looking for someone to rent to for a 6-month or so period, who is in London for work but returning to family on their days off. Our ideal guest would stay for 5nights a week e. g Monday - Friday, when vacant, over the weekend, we would clean the annex and replace the bedding and towels. We would also welcome a 7 nights a week rental (note: The rent for 7 nights would be £800 per month), cleaning is not included though clean bedding and towels would still be provided weekly.

Please note:
- There is no access to a shared living space or a washing machine (there is a laundrette nearby and love2laundry offers a good service.
- We do not permit smoking on our property, of either cigarettes or vape/electric cigarettes.
- Prior to moving in we are required to run a right to rent check so will request a copy of your passport. We also ask that you apply for, and share the results of, a basic disclosure check - the cost of this will be deducted from the rent. Rent is payable monthly, and a deposit of one month’s rent is due prior to moving in.
- Accommodation is available for viewings from Sunday 2nd February.

Large single bed with small wardrobe and draw unit. En-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, combination microwave oven, 2 ring induction hob and sink. Extendable table with two chairs. Sofa and wall mounted TV. Small patio area partitioned off from main garden for sole use of occupant.

There is free parking on the road – no permit required. We are just inside the south circular with easy access to the A2 and from there the M25 or Blackwall tunnel. Kidbrooke Train Station is a fifteen-minute walk with direct trains to London Bridge, Cannon Street and Victoria. There are also good bus links to North Greenwich. The annex is ideal for anyone working in Greenwich, Lewisham, Canary Wharf or London Bridge.

Near Kidbrooke station you’ll find Sainsburys Local, small Tesco, Aldi as well as a number of street food vans. Sutcliff Park, David Lloyd and Pure Gym are also very close to the station. Greenwich Park and Blackheath Village are both in walking distance, where there are many restaurants, café’s, pubs and shops.
