Double room in lovely house in kidbrooke!🌸

Hi! We are looking for one person (or couple) to take over this room as our friend is moving back to her country.

The house is in kidbrooke, very close to greenwich and eltham. Very well connected and north greenwich station is 15 min by bus. And Liverpool Street about 40min away.

The room is part furnished (bed and wardrobe).

Sharing with me and my friend, two 23 y/o spanish girls. One professional and one student. We are very sociable and easy going.

Pets are allowed as we love animals. The house comes with a parking space. Its a lovely house with a very spacious garden perfect for summer bbq and meetings with friends. There's 1 bathdroom and 2 toilets in the house.

The rent is £1100 bills not included (a bit less than 100) and the move in date is the 27th october. If you have any questions you are more than welcome to drop me a message!
