House is shared with a mother and son, so will be the only student here; an easygoing environment with massive garden (can smoke out here if you're a smoker (outdoor smoking only- smoking indoors not allowed),

Outdoor Parking is available if student has a car.

Located between Eltham and kidbrooke southeastern Train stations both around a 20 minute walk away. 286 & 132 Bus stops located at end of the road (5 minute walk)with a 20 minute journey to reach North Greenwich station. Also has nearby bus to connect to DLR at Woolwich arsenal.
