This new large modern house is part of a brand new development. First tenants moved in September 2024.
My partner and I moved into the house September 2024. We are now moving due to relocation for work and are looking for a person/ a couple to take over our contract with the letting agents for this house.
The end of our tenancy is September 28th 2025, at which point you may choose to discuss extending the contract with the letting agents. Due to this, referencing is required.
*The room available is an en suite double on the first floor. Couple are welcome*

A single room (occupied -self employed and travels frequently)
