Great space, nice and quiet, light filled room with garden view. The room comes part furnished, with double bed, table and tv unit (with tv included!)

Each floor has its own bathroom so you'll only be sharing your bathroom with 1 other person. Plus separate downstairs toilet.

TRAVEL
Just a 10 minute walk to Kidbrooke train station. North Greenwich by bus takes 15-20 minutes and you’re straight onto the Jubilee Line. Also good bus links to Lewisham and Woolwich for the Elizabeth Line.

Aldi and B&M Bargains are a 5 minute walk from front door. Local Sainsburys, Tesco, Starbucks 10 minutes walk. Blackheath Village is also only a 1 mile walk away.

The is clean and tidy with a big sunny garden, 2 spare rooms for storage. Large lounge and TV space with plenty of sofas for relaxing, and open plan dining area.

Quiet, cute location makes it a nice place to come home to after the hustle and bustle of Central London.

Rent is £700 per month and bills are as follows: Council Tax £54 per month, Energy £94 per month, Water £15 per month, Internet £9 per month, Cleaner (every 2 weeks) £24 per month.

You'll be living with 3 other lovely ladies (Katie, Rachel and Jo). Katie is a building manager and absolute queen. Rachel works in finance for the NHS and avid avocado plant mum and loves a film watching session. Jo is from South Africa and loves a Netflix series!

Although we all lead busy lives and are in and out a lot, we like to make time to get to know each other and we all love cooking and like to have a meal together every now and then. We also like to go for a drink when we all have the time. We're looking for someone tidy and chill.
There's also space to make the house more homely if you have house plants or extra bits you'd like to bring in =)

Move in date is from the 1st of May.
