Me, my partner and our precious petit brabancon, Coco are looking for a lodger in our new build 2 bedroom apartment from the 1st of March.

We are a sociable, professional couple and own a tiny pupper with a massive personality. In an ideal world we’re looking for an equally dog loving, professional to take up residence with us in our amazing 12th floor apartment overlooking the city!

We literally live above Kidbrooke station so it takes 60 seconds to reach the platform, and just 16 minutes to get to London Bridge.

The guest room comes with LED lit fitted double wardrobe, designer bed frame, simba mattress, chic design accents and a 55” QLED Sky TV.

All bills are included in the rent and will hire a regular cleaner. In addition, onsite resident's gym access is included, and the Sky TV provides access to a plethora of Ultra-HD content (worth over £100/pcm) including:

- 140+ Sky Channels
- Sky Cinema
- Netflix
- Disney Plus
- Apple TV+
- Paramount+

Underground parking space optionally available for additional £200 pcm (£1400 total).
