I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a beautiful Kidbrooke flat from 10th August. The flat is in the Kidbrooke Village development and is fully furnished with a fully-fitted kitchen, shared bathroom, huge living area and a balcony too. There is a 24-hour gym and concierge onsite too!

🌟 The room itself comes with a double bedframe, mattress, bedside table and chest of drawers, but there is also space for more furniture if you want to add or bring anything else.
🌟 We’re looking for a 25+ female professional who is social and clean, for referencing purposes you’ll need to be earning above £32k per year
🌟 You’ll be living with the lovely Tara who is 27 and works in the NHS. She’s friendly, warm and social, and is looking for someone who will make the flat a home with her
🌟 Deposit is around £1240 and will be protected in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme)
🌟 Rent is £1075 per month + bills which are around £100-£150 per month
🌟 Tenancy runs until 10th May 2026
