Hello! I've lived in this flat for the last three years and would like to find a friendly person to join my existing housemates for the remaining 3 months of my current contract and beyond (subject to extension from the lettings agency).
The room is a second-floor east-facing spacious one, with a balcony and an en-suite (shower). It comes with a large built-in wardrobe.
The bedroom comes unfurnished, but there is spare furniture in the living room (a chair, a bedside table and a desk with chair) that is shared and can be used at leisure.
The kitchen and living room are very spacious, with plenty of cupboards and shelf space. There is also an office area, with a desk and chair that can be used.
The property comes with a small west-facing yard and lawn, a car parking space, as well as bike parking in the underground garage.
There is a concierge and a gym available free of charge in the larger complex (1 minute walk). Also next door is Sutcliffe Park, super lovely for runs and walks.
Kidbrooke Station is a 7-minute walk away, as well as supermarkets and cafes. Trains to London Victoria, Charing Cross and Cannon Street are every 10 minutes and there are night buses running near Kidbrooke Village.
