The property comes with a small west-facing yard and lawn, a car parking space, as well as bike parking in the underground garage.
There is a concierge and a gym available free of charge in the larger complex (1 minute walk). Also next door is Sutcliffe Park, super lovely for runs and walks.
Kidbrooke Station is a 7-minute walk away, as well as supermarkets and cafes. Trains to London Victoria, Charing Cross and Cannon Street are every 10 minutes and there are night buses running near Kidbrooke Village.
