I’m moving due to new opportunity and looking for someone to take over my tenancy in a spacious and modern 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in Kidbrooke.
The room:
• Part furnished: comes with a double bed and bedside table. I’m also happy to discuss leaving some of my furniture at a small cost if helpful.
• Main bathroom: you’ll share this with one flatmate (the other has an en-suite).
• Private balcony: overlooking lovely communal gardens.
• Amazing building perks: secure fob entry, 24/7 concierge, residents’ gym, swimming pool, cinema room, co-working/meeting spaces, and lots of community perks.
Rent & bills:
• Rent: £925 per month
• Bills: approx. £178 per month (can be reduced if you have a council tax exemption)
• Deposit: £961.53 (based on my original payment on Deposit Scheme)
• Tenancy: runs until May 2026 (with option to renew until 2027, subject to new referencing through GoodLord).
Location:
Kidbrooke Station is just a 6-minute walk, with excellent links into London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross, Victoria, and Waterloo East. There are also plenty of bus routes nearby, plus shops like Sainsbury’s, Tesco, and Starbucks right on your doorstep.
Flatmates:
You’ll be sharing with two women (Indian and Brazilian), plus two friendly older dogs.
UPDATE: Brazilian Female and dogs will be moving out in October so the Ensuite room will be available at £1100 PCM plus bills.
Ideally looking for a female professional who’ll be a good fit for the home.
Move-in date:
20th September 2025
