Single room in friendly houseshare near Blackheath

I am looking for a clean and responsible individual to replace me in a lovely houseshare where I have lived for one year. The current flatmates are beautiful, friendly people that I have really enjoyed living with. The house is completely LGBTQ+ and so we would prefer for another LGBTQ+ plus person to move in but this is not essential.

Rent is £605 monthly, council tax is £46.80 monthly, other bills are roughly £70 monthly.

The house is in a quiet location which is close to Blackheath. Lewisham and Woolwich are both 15-20 minutes away by bus. There is parking available and a beautiful, big garden, sometimes foxes come to play in the garden! There is a small set of shops 5 minutes walk away, including fast food, Co-op, laundrettes, cafe, post office and pharmacy.

There is a big kitchen and you will have two cupboards for your kitchen utensils. The bathroom is shared with two other people and includes a shower and bath. There is a spare room for extra storage.

Photos of the room will be put up in the next few days, but it is a roof room with big skylight windows so it has lots of light. There is a double bed, a clothes rail, a big shelf, bedside table, and chest of drawers.
