I’m sadly relocating for a new job, so my lovely room in Kidbrooke will be available soon.

I had two small dogs here, but the other flatmates don’t have pets. Pets are allowed with agency approval.

💸 Bills (approx. monthly):
• Council Tax: £68.30
• Electricity & Gas: £33.99
• Hot Water: £27.33 (new build, billed separately)
• Water: £37.33

💰 Deposit & Fees
• Deposit: ~£900 (paid to me so I can release mine, then moved to the agency scheme in your name)
• Referencing: £80
• Deposit scheme transfer: £50

📅 Move-in Date
I expect to move out around 8th October. The new tenant will need to take over from when I leave (exact date to be confirmed soon).

Flatmates
Currently 2 women live here, but one is moving out, so there will be two rooms available. The other available room shares a bathroom with Ruth, the flatmate who’s staying. We’d like to keep the household women-only. Ruth is very easy-going and an animal lover.

🛤️ Transportation is very easy from and to Kidbrooke, the flat is only a 5 minute or so walk to Kidbrooke train station. Many buses are also available just a few minutes away.

From the flat you can also walk to Black Heath Village and Greenwich Park. Plus you’ll have Cator Park and Sutcliffe at your door step. Kidbrooke is very charming and a lovely place to live at with shops at your doorstep too.
