I'm moving out and need someone to replace me, You’d be living with 3 great flatmates 1 young female with lovely cat, 1 busy quiet super friendly male and 1 super kind male live in landlord, The house vibe is relaxed, tidy, and everyone respects each other’s space and routines.

bright double furnished bedroom with a large window that fills the room with natural light. The room comes with a comfy double queen size bed, a huge closet, couple nightstands, and a dresses as well – perfect for organizing or placing decorations etc. The room is ready to move in From October. You can decorate the room however you wish!

🏠 About the House:

2-storey, 4-bedroom house (3 rooms upstairs, 1 downstairs)

Spacious living room with sofa and TV

Large open-plan kitchen with shared essentials: big fridge, air fryer, cutlery, dishes, cooking tools – all ready to use

Big garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ setup – great for relaxing in warmer months

Loft area available for extra storage

One main bathroom with bathtub/shower + second toilet downstairs

📍 Location:

10–15 min walk to Kidbrooke Station

10–15 min bus to North Greenwich (Jubilee Line)

15–20 min bus to Eltham or Greenwich

We’re looking for someone who’s tidy, relaxed, and easy to get along with. Female preferred to keep the balance in the house.
