Lovely 2B2B flat in family-friendly neighborhood

Looking for a new flatmate to share a fully furnished bright and comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat in a peaceful, beautiful area. The neighborhood has a great community feel, with a kids park, dog park, and a large community park all within a short walk.

Sainsbury’s, Tesco, an Asian grocery store, and an NHS clinic are just a 3-minute walk away, and the train station is only 5 minutes on foot. Getting into central London is super convenient, with direct trains to London Bridge in 17 minutes, and also to Charing Cross, Victoria, and Cannon Street.

A bit about me: I moved from the USA two years ago, and made London my home now. I work in the travel industry and go into the office at least 3 days a week. I love traveling, catching up with friends, reading, and spending time in cafes or museums on the weekends.

At home I like to keep things relaxed and friendly. If I’m in on a Friday night, I’m usually watching a romcom or Netflix with my flatmate over a glass of wine. I occasionally host friends and enjoy having a social but peaceful home.
