Lovely, bright double room available in a friendly two-person house share.

The room is spacious, comfortably furnished with a double bed and plenty of storage, and gets lots of natural light.

You’ll be sharing with one female professional and a friendly cat who mostly keeps to herself.

The house features a shared bathroom and a second toilet, a large and airy living room, and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

There’s also a well-kept private garden – perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after work.

Bike storage is available, and parking is possible on the road or driveway (suitable for a small car).

Towels and bed linen can be provided if needed, and the house is always kept clean, tidy, and welcoming.

Monday to Friday let – flexible on 2–4 nights per week:

£575 per month for 4 nights

£495 per month for 3 nights

£350 per month for 2 nights

Transport nearby:
Just a 10-12 minute walk from Kidbrooke Station (direct trains to London Bridge, Charing Cross and Victoria). Alternatively, it’s a 5-minute walk to the bus stop for North Greenwich Station on the Jubilee Line.

Area:
Lovely, quiet residential area. A short walk from Kidbrooke Village with shops, cafés, green spaces, and a part-time market near the station. Also within easy reach of Blackheath and Greenwich (Cutty Sark area).
