We have a large and bright top floor bedroom becoming available in our houseshare in Kidbrooke, SE3.

The £775 monthly price includes all house bills and Council Tax.

Luís who has been living with us for 8 years is now starting a new chapter of his life in another part of the city.

We are a group of working creatives late 20’s - early 40’s.

Tia is a novel & script writer, organising meet ups and freelance projects in the city. She is also working in retail. Secret perk: she bakes for everyone to relax 🧁😋

Steve is an actor and model in the city, freelancing with a knack for everything.
He loves cinema, culture and can pretty much deal with everything coming at him.
Secret perk: Guardian angel of the house always putting himself second.

Cherryl is a printmaker and runs a small paper marbling business. She is also a picture framer and loves art & antiques.
Secret perk: She loves plants and gardening and will keep growing green thumbs to make our space homely.

Nicola does her own thing. She’s an animation student, works in retail and loves gaming in her spare time.

Except for Nicola who occasionally cooks meat, we are all mostly following a vegetarian / vegan diet and would prefer someone similar. We also value cleanliness, maturity, self responsibility so that everyone can come home to recharge and grow.

The bedroom is in the loft, with a large 16 sqm size which can comfortably accommodate a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, small sofa with still some wiggle room for a home workout or practising your hobby. It comes furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers. It benefits from a double facing exposure with a south window facing out to the garden which offer the most beautiful golden light in brighter seasons.

Kidbrooke is a rapidly developing suburb at the SE edge of the city. North Greenwich tube is less than 20 minutes away by bus taking you to the jubilee line and 1 stop from Canary Wharf. Kidbrooke Station is an 8 minute walk away in Zone 3 and takes you to :

Lewisham in less than 10,
London Bridge Station in less than 20,
Waterloo in 22,
Charing Cross in less than 30,
Victoria in 30.

Local amenities include, 2 gyms within a 10 minute walk, Sainsbury, Tesco and Kidbrooke Food Centre by Kidbrooke Station. There are several decent local independent shops for food too, 1 just across the road and a big Aldi is a 7 mins by foot.
