Double room with en suite in upmarket apartment

Hello,

I currently rent an awesome flat with my friend who unfortunately will be leaving to buy a place of his own.

For rent is the master bedroom. It is a large furnished room complete with a double bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. There is a large en suite bathroom with a bath/shower.

The flat benefits from underfloor heating and a rather large private terrace.

There is an open plan kitchen/living room. The kitchen is to a high spec with composite stone worktops and Siemens appliances (including a dishwasher!). The living area has a dining table and a leather corner sofa.

In the living room I have a big screen TV, Sky, surround sound and PS4.

The £720 is for the master bedroom excluding bills. Bills and council tax tend to be around £100 a month per person.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from the station and 4 minutes from a Sainsburys local.

From Kidbrooke station it takes 15 minutes to London Bridge and there are also services to Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Waterloo.

The concierge service is very good. Included is access to a gym, swimming pool, wifi lounge, conference facilities and a cinema room.

I'm a regular, tidy and sociable guy. I'd like to live with someone who is friendly and responsible.
