Double room available Kidbrooke

Three 25/26-year-old professionals are looking for another housemate to share a modern rented house with a garden and driveway. The house is in great condition, with new carpets, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and additional toilet, living room, dining room, spare bedroom and washing machine five minutes’ walk from Kidbrooke station which has great transport links to central London (15 minutes to London Bridge, 20 to Cannon Street and 25 to Charing Cross), and a short walk from the beautiful village of Blackheath.

We’re laid-back and friendly, and enjoy pub-quizzing, meals, drinks and occasional nights out, though we also need our own space to work in the evenings. We’re looking for a friendly, clean, non-smoking professional to join our group.

We have a double room going for £625 pcm (excluding bills, bills averaging around £75 per month). A fortnightly cleaner is included in the rental cost. The room is comes with a built in wardrobe and storage space.
