Small and cozy room for one

A single (small) room with single bed, build in wardrobe, 3 wide shelves on the wall, chest of drawers. There is a quite big window which gives a lot of light and the view to the garden behind the house.

Next to the room there is a bathroom with bathtub, shower, toilet and basin to share with one person.
There is additional, separate toilet on the ground floor as well.

All bills included.

Public transport:
Bus stop just 30 sec. walking distance (number 132 and 286).
15 to 20 minutes by bus to North Greenwich Station.

Kidbrooke Train Station 7 minutes walking distance - you can be in central London within 20 minutes.

7 minutes walking to Sainsbury's and Aldi.
7 minutes by bus to Eltham High Street.

We are sociable, friendly and quiet people who respect each other privacy. We speak Polish, Slovakian and English.

We are looking for full time working, friendly, easy-going person.
