The house is situated in the Blackheath area and overlooks a well-kept communal garden. The room itself is a decent sized double room with a good sized wardrobe. It is at the front of the building, so overlooks the communal garden.

There is a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. It has a living room/dining area. In addition, to the front communal garden there is also a very large private back garden.

The house is located on a small dead end road, so there is a free of street or on-road parking. It was completely re-decorated last year, new bathroom installed and a new kitchen.

You would be sharing with two other people.

Trains from Kidbrooke take 15 minutes into London Bridge, 20 minutes into Charing Cross and 30 minutes into Victoria. Train service is South Eastern. You can also take a 10 minutes bus ride to North Greenwich tube station.
