Room available in 3 bed flat. The third bedroom is a study (there are 3 bathrooms) and I would like to rent the second bedroom out 7 days a week OR Mon-Fri.

Bills included, you have en-suite, private double door access to the garden, huge amounts of storage and you have brand new mattress, bed and bedside tables. Cleaner included too.

I am very house proud and tidy and require the same from any tenant.

It's really close to Kilburn Underground (Jubilee line) and Brondesbury Overground (towards Clapham Junction and Westfield to the West and going East towards Hampstead, Camden, Islington and Hackney.).

Also, I am 20m from a bus stop which goes straight to Victoria/Oxford Circus/Queen's Park/Shepherd's Bush etc. It could not be better connected.
